Adoption Applications

We’re now accepting adoption applications for the babies we have in care – Minuit’s gang, The Avengers and the Monty Python kids. Our application can be found here.

All our adoptions are processed through the Gananoque & District Humane Society, our partner in caring for homeless cats and kittens and reducing the population of stray and feral cats in our area.

Overdue Update

Hello! We’ve admittedly not spent a lot of time updating this website, mostly because the bulk of our engagement happens on our Facebook page. Please check it out if you’re not already there! In an effort to increase donations and to make the fundraising part of this work a bit easier, we’ve created an Amazon Wishlist page where donors can see what kinds of things we currently need. For up-to-date info on what’s been happening with local cats and kittens, check out our Facebook page here.

Scentsy Fundraiser Nov 12-21

Meghan W, a local Scentsy rep has very kindly offered to have an online fundraiser party for LFCP! These awesome products are super popular (and make great gifts). Please click on this link to her page and choose Lyndhurst Feral Cat Project from the drop down list at the top left that’s called My Open Parties. Then, shop away! Please share this – 20% of her sales between Nov 12 and Nov 21 will be for our local cats.

Auction Success!

Thanks to everyone who participated in and donated to our online auction! We were able to present the Gananoque & District Humane Society with a cheque for $1100 on March 31 which goes toward their What’s Up, Cupcake? spring fundraising campaign. These funds go directly to care for the animals at this no-kill, all volunteer shelter.

A huge thank you to all who stopped by our table…

The LFCP committee members are speechless – we can’t express how grateful we are to all of you who stopped by our booth at the Lyndhurst Turkey Fair yesterday and either donated or bought something or just stopped to chat. We did really well and it’s all going to help our village cats – they appreciate it and we appreciate it. Thank you so much.
